• Accountabilities Include We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Sourcing Analyst.
• Developing, enhancing,and preparing managerial and accounting reports, analyzing and interpreting the results including but not limited to Supply Chain savings initiatives and spend management Conducting preliminary research on industry and vendors Documenting business requirements by interviewing key stakeholders Preparing bidding documentation such as RFP s, pricing matrices and evaluation criteria Performing comparative qualitative and financial analyses of vendor proposals using grading tools such as scorecards and questionnaires Coordinating reference checks of vendors Assessing all phases of the RFP process with all the stakeholders to drive towards a recommendation Developing negotiation and pricing strategies Negotiating and developing contract terms and conditions Report process status, recommendations and savings according to standard guidelines Knowledge Strong quantitative and analytical skills Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Project management skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Word, Power Point and Excel) and an understanding of technology opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques Strong knowledge of financial analysis methodologies.
• Education/Experience Bachelor\'s degree, or equivalent, in business administration, accounting, finance or other related fields.Minimum of 3 years purchasing, analytical or related experience.
